Silver eases; Gold improves during week (New Kerala)

Mumbai, Oct 17 : Heavy selling pressure from stockist pushed down Silver by Rs 165 per kg, while Gold advanced nominally by Rs 35 per ten gm on improved demand during the week, though the white metal spurted by Rs 155 per kg and the Midas metal rose by Rs 90 per ten gm on the first day of the Hindu Calender year 2066 – Vikram Samvat, today.
